Essential regional preference

The essential thelens_region cookie stores an explicit UK, US or EU choice for 12 months so the server can render the requested regional experience. It remains available when analytics is rejected.

Analytics consent preference

For UK and EU experiences, the thelens_analytics_consent cookie stores an accepted or rejected choice for 12 months. Google Tag Manager is not requested unless analytics is accepted. The US experience currently uses the configured always-on analytics policy.

Changing a choice

On UK and EU pages, use Manage cookies to reopen the analytics choice. Rejecting analytics does not remove or disable the essential regional preference.
